Delivery Time:

• You can select a delivery date and time window for your flowers in the order form, e.g. 2018-02-14 8am-10am.
• After you place your order, you can cancel for any reason and automatically receive a refund within 10 minutes.
• After 10 minutes, you can request a refund for orders that haven\'t shipped. You cannot receive a refund for orders that have already shipped.
• During peak order times such as major holidays, orders may be delivered outside of the selected time window, but on the selected day. Delivery cannot be guaranteed at a specific time, e.g. 12:30pm
• Same-day orders placed after 6pm may be delivered the following day.

Delivery Area:

• Orders delivered to urban areas in Mainland China are fulfilled by local florists.
• Inquire ahead for delivery to Tibet, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, Hainan, Guizhou, Inner Mongolia, or other areas. You may be assessed an extra charge.
• Inquire ahead for delivery to airports, free-trade zones, college campuses, suburbs, rural towns, counties, villages, or other addresses. You may be assessed an extra charge.
• Inquire ahead for delivery to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Orders may not be available for delivery outside of Mainland China. You may be assessed an extra charge.

Flower Availability:

• "Blue roses" (蓝玫瑰 or 蓝色妖姬) are non-natural products, please be aware before purchasing.
• Imported champagne, purple, yellow, and pink roses are special products for which orders should be placed in advance. Contact customer service for specific availability.
• Fresh flowers are non-uniform in appearance and size and may differ according to available inventory and florist packaging technique. Images are provided for reference only.
• Non-essentaial or filler flowers and grasses added to bouquets, as well as wrapping and gift box colors, may vary according season and available inventory. Images are provided for reference only.
• Slight imperfections in color and appearance, such as darkened or curled edges on rose petals, are natural and regular occurances. The outer, discolored layer of petals may be left on some flowers to protect the fresher, softer petals underneath and can be removed after accepting delivery.
• The specific style and color of dditional items like teddy bears and lights that ship with some flowers may vary. Images are provided for reference only.

Holiday Policies:

• Due to wholesale price fluctuations, flower prices may increase 1.5 to 2 times as early as one week before holidays (including but not limited to Valentine's Day, International Women's Day, Mother's Day, 520 Valentine's Day, Qixi Valentine's Day, Christmas, and Teacher's Day).
• Due to high order volume on holidays, specific delivery windows and times cannot be guaranteed.
• Except for automatic refunds for orders canceled within 10 minutes of being placed, orders placed on holidays cannot be refunded for any reason.
